Who is Metamorphoz?

Tim Coard, Principal Consultant

Tim has over 30 years of experience in quality control, instructional design and learning theory. He founded Metamorphoz in 1996 with the vision of transforming organisation performance through training delivered to staff that is both job focused (minimal over and under training of content) and includes effective learning strategies. 

Since then, he has worked with public and private sector clients, collaborating with talented, like-minded people who understand the importance and need for quality training.

With a Bachelor of Science and Post Graduate qualifications in Education underpinning his significant practical experience, Tim embeds his deep knowledge of learning strategies to enable clients to produce world-class training resulting in the required job performances. 

The name ‘Metamorphoz’ reflects the metamorphosis that occurs when staff are empowered, through effective training, to perform a new skill safely and confidently.
