We have a proven track record of transforming training.
Here are some of our recent projects.
Department of Defence Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG)
2018 - 2021
CASG, tasked with redeveloping fixed wing ab initio pilot training for the Australian Defence Force and managed by the Royal Australian Air Force, engaged a vendor to design and develop training for the new trial courses to train student pilots.
To ensure the newly developed training materials were technically correct and conformed to ADF training standards, CASG also engaged Metamorphoz to evaluate the quality of developed training materials and evaluate the delivery of the first trial courses. Specifically, Metamorphoz:
Developed evaluation checklists which were used by Metamorphoz team members and were approved by CASG and the primary vendor.
Conducted a desktop review of training materials and training aids to assess the accuracy of technical content and the effectiveness of learning and testing strategies.
Evaluated the suitability of purpose built training simulators to deliver the training specified in training documentation.
Observed and evaluated the delivery of the first trial courses.
Evaluation data collection strategies used the Kirkpatrick’s Training Evaluation Model, a variation of the Net Promoter Score, instructor and staff feedback, evaluation of training administration policies, course scheduling, training aids, training facilities and the use of a Net Promoter Score survey.
For the work undertaken, Metamorphoz received two letters of congratulations from CASG
